    THIS ONLY WORKS FOR PC USER WHO ARE USING ALIENGUISE  THEME MANAGER ON WINDOWSXP SP3( THEME USE BY OWNER IS XENOMORPH)

    Error Signature
    AppName: wlcomm.exe      AppVer: 14.0.8050.1202    ModName: kernel32.dll
    ModVer: 5.1.2600.5512        Offset: 00009eca

    I found this worked for me:
    I have xp sp3

    The file wlcomm.exe is found in the directory
    c: program files\windows live\contacts

    Right click and go to properties

    select compatibility

    **MUCH CHECK BOX /Disable visual themes

    I was then able to log into MSN messenger 2009.

    NO NEED TO REBOOT COMPUTER.....
