My lst MCP ID is already is already linked to my live email address. • You need to contact your local Microsoft Regional Service Center and ask them to merge the two MC ID's http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx

  • Hi,

afaik you have to contact your regional service center to get this issue fixed. You should only have one MCP Id. You can find the contact details for the Microsoft Regional Service Center at http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx

(Just my knowledge. I am just a community member and you can only get the officialy required steps from Microsoft. It would be great if you could tell us, if your view is (still) correct once your was able to solve your issue or just keep us up to date with further problems you will find.)

    With kind regards,

    Konrad

I had the same issue and it was sorted out through the service center.
