CRM 4.0 Resource Center problem RRS feed

  • I have CRM 4.0 installed in a virtual test environment, and am planning to install on our production server this weekend. Everything seems to be working well with one minor exception. When I try to open anything in the Resource Center from either the Outlook or web client, I get "The page cannot be displayed". This occurs on the clients and the server. Is there something I need to do to enable the resource center?

  • Check the CRM Web Site in IIS, there should be a directory for \ResourceCenter, try to browse the aspx files from there.

    If that works, it maybe some permission issues been alter from the default CRM install.

    if the page still does not display,then the user account does'nt see the internet
