  • Does this term still matters in days of globalization where boundries are getting shorter each day?

  • the brain drain has talked when the past years

    because those days only short number of intelligent people

    but now a days all over india there are my software eng. and other peoples are coming

    even tamil nadu itself 75000 eng are coming out per year. so now a days the brain drain is not at all considered as a problem

  • BRAIN DRAIN seems to be an out dated word...i think it wont be having any meaning in the dictionaries to come in the future...

  • That is really true for techies and the ITES front.

    But recently a new trend has been observed----------- the no of Visa applications has been tremendously increasing from the health professionals!!!

    Though it is not felt yet but in near future the term is coming back with a new front Docs going away and nurses finding a new path to unknown territories outside India............

    But now the feeling for the term has changed it's not considered as a loss but as a new bond to the world economy and the Indian work force,Making India Shining. :)
