How do I get rid of warning windows and how do I get a ppt interactive (swf) to open within the PPT frame ..

  Using Mac.. Microsoft 2008  ... 10.5.6 ... When using powerpoint..and the slide has an interactive embedded.. when I click on interactive I get two successive windows warning me about the potential for viruses and asking if I want to proceed.. how do I disable that so I don't see those two windows everytime.?

  
  

  AND... when using this PowerPoint.. and I do open the swf embedded interactive ..instead of opening within the PPT frame developed for it...it opens with a small window up near the top that has to be expanded to make large.
