About the Mailbox for User in CRM 2013 RRS feed

    Hi All,

    I am using CRM 2013 On-Premise.

    I have a question, that when i am checking the User Mailbox from Setting --> Email Configuration --> Mailbox --> Open User Mailbox.

    I am getiing the message on the top that "THIS MAILBOX IS DISABLED FOR INCOMING EMAIL PROCESSING."

    Please tell me that why this message is display here, and how i can remove this message.

    Hi Kamal,

    are you using server side synchronization or email router?.
