  • I dont think such a software exists. You mya have to copy all the code in each of the website manually and use it with a WYSIWYG tool like Dreamweaver or Expression Web.

  • @sundar - If ur question is regarding copying the whole website to the local machine, then u can use 'WEBAROO' to copy it and view it offline.. You have the option of selecting how deep the link pages to be downloaded...

  • If you are not intimidated by a command line, wget might be the thing for you.

    wget -m www.somegoodsite.com

    at the command line will mirror the entire site and rebuild it in your hard disk. It's a free software from GNU.
