Server URL for CRM 2011 Outlook 2010 connector

Question
-
Hi,
We have configured CRM 2011 IFD on-premise, using an isolated Active Directory for authentication. We can access this fine through IE.
Can someone confirm what URL I should use in the Outlook 2010 connector configuration wizard to pick this up, if I enter the same URL as I would for the browser I get "problem communicating" error.
When I put the URL from the browser I get the following message -
Any help would be appreciated

My mistake guys, I needed to import the SSL cert into my 'Personal' and 'Trusted Root'. Without this the verification was failing at the first attempt.

just to check
you are typing just the name of the server, e.g. if my server is called CRM2011, I would put in CRM2011 in the server url. No http or anything else

Hi,
I am accessing this remotely and I am not connected to the internal network - therefore the server name by itself will not be recognised. However, we have configured this to be IFD, so I believe it can be accessed this way.
Kindest regards

Hi Hosk,
Thanks for the response. The timing appears to be fine on both client and server.
