i am trying to reinstall xp pro on my pc, but when i try to enter the product key thats on the sitcker on the side of my computer it keeps saying its invalid. but i know its not since am using it now am windows is saying its genuine.

Getting that error at that point in Setup indicates that you are using an installation CD that does not match the "flavor" of the product key.
In your case, you are probably using a retail XP CD when you have to use an OEM CD to match the OEM product key. The correct CD will of course be a genuine Microsoft hologrammed XP Pro installation CD, but the one you need will have "For distribution with a new PC only. For product support, contact the manufacturer of the PC." embedded in the holographic label in the upper left hand quadrant.
By the way, your mgadiag report is telling us that your Office Professional 2003 installation is nongenuine due to it being a Volume Licensing installation that was done with a very widely pirated and now blocked Volume Licensing key.
