Email activities "actual end" date is less than the "created on" and "modified on" date. RRS feed

  • Hi all,
    In my reports i have seen that, some of my completed email activities has "actual end" date which is less than the "created on" and "modified on" date.
    Could someone explain it for me?

  • actual end is the actual received time for email (into receivers inbox), created on and modified on are the dates (and times) when email is created (or manually synchronized) into CRM

  • Are these emails created by user or by system (email-router)?

  • They were created by user.

    I've read that some people faced the same challenge regarding Phone calls, and others activities. Is it CRM System issue?

  • You should check if server and clients are in different time zones and if server time is set correctly
