    I just made a QuickBooks backup with a flash drive from a client that has a network. She also is using Vista.

    Why can't I restore it to my computer. Is it because I am using XP.

    I can see it on the flash drive, and it goes through the right steps until I click restore, it tells me to insert disk one into travel drive E, the travel drive is in E.

    You're off topic for this forum, which is dedicated to Windows Live OneCare. You may want to try contacting Quicken if you used QuickBooks to do the backup.
