I have been using MS Surface Globe since I purchased my computer (Acer Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit) and have never had any problems using the MS Surface Globe until today. When I enter an address, a pop up appears with the message "Cannot connect to Virtual Earth." Any idea what I might do to get it working again?

The Surface Applications forums was retired and they're saying to now ask over here.
