Emails not being sent through MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Online 30 days Trial

Question
-
Hello,
I am getting my hands dirty with MS Dynamics CRM 2011 Online 30 days trial and am currently playing with Workflows. I have created a workflow to send an email to an Account when a Contract is created. Now, when I create a new Contract, I believe an email to be send at the Email address of the Account but it is not being received. To confirm it, I visited Settings > System Jobs and found the Status Reason to be Succeeded but the mail never arrived.
I then modified the workflow & tried sending it to the Primary Contact of the Account but ended with the same result.
Finally, tried sending an email directly from a new Activity - but nothing new happened.
So, now I doubt if emails could be sent from 2011 online 30 days trial version. Can someone please confirm this. Also, can someone help me out in getting the things start working.
I have tried my best to be as descriptive as possible. However, if someone need any other relevant details, please feel free to ask for it.
Thanks !

Hi Vinay,
Microsoft Dynamics CRM online 2011 will never allow you to install the CRM router on MS Cloud even if you purchase the Microsoft CRM online subscription, you must have to install the crm 2011 email router online in your server/desktop etc and then need to configure for CRM online (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=ec184209-991c-4cd6-a127-bf14cbc4094b) or you can use Microsoft Office Outlook for sending emails.
CRM only supports email sending via Outlook or email router.
I believe this answers your quesiton.

Hi,
Either you need to configure e-mail router (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=ec184209-991c-4cd6-a127-bf14cbc4094b) or allow outlook to send emails. You can review User Email Access Cofiguration in User Record for email outgoing setup details.

Does Microsoft provides that for 2011 online 30 day trial ? As we will not be having permission to configure that.

The easiest thing you can do if to download Outlook client, and ask the user who is sending out the email to install the client.
Then, you will find the emails are sent out by Outlook.
Download link: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=10676
Installation manual: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=15822
Or, as Javeed said, you need to configure Email Router.
You will need a server to install the Email Router, and then configure it, so that the Router retrieves email activities from your CRM and sends the emails by using your mail server.
Also, you will need to change outgoing email access to be Email Router. (The default is Outlook.)
For Email Router, you can find more information here:

Hi People,
I just registered online for trial version of CRM and I am trying to play around online without outlook configuration
I created marketing list and Campaign and trying to send an email. But it is not going so does that mean it will not do this because it is a trial version and anything I can do to complete this activity.
Thanks
Shraddha
