    I need to figure out how to reset the administrator password on windows vista. I have downloaded ophcrack and 1 other 18 step process to seperate discs and can only get so far before the stpes do not cover the problems I am encountering. It is the same with youtube videos. I get so far and then to perform the actions they require I am asked to provide the adminstrator password in order to continue. I cannot install anything on my computer. I cannot burn discs on my computer (except for the 2 I used to try and fix this problem by rebooting with a disc). My patience runs thin...Please help
