I believe the link that Carey provided was to the Vista Support in the US. I suggest clicking the "Worldwide" link (upper right hand corner of that page) and select the country you are in. You will be taken to the Microsoft website for that country. Once there, navigate to the Vista Support page and start a Vista service request.
Thank you,

You can reset your Windows Vista activation by performing the following:
1. Click on the Start button and in the Start Search box type in: slui.exe 4
2. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
3. Select your Country.
4. Follow the instructions for phone activation.
5. Once completed, restart your computer.

I followed the instructions on the phone and it said the 9 sets of 6 digits were invalid and if it was in error contact customer support etc.
Is that my only option now to speak to a rep? If so when i get home from work ill give them a buzz
Thanks Alot,

I bought it from a retail chain Target in Australia?
I did double check the numbers and i have put them in correctly
Sorry for the trouble,
