  1 It is the top search result of "hotmail forum".

  2 Existing users should really be using Open Live Writer at this point. 

  3 The last answered thread about Windows Live Writer in that forum is from 2014. And it was a self answer. Excluising questions with self answers, the last answered on-topic thread was from 2011.
