  • "You are not authorized to perform this action."  I'm administrator and recognized partner, but when i try to access the support forums i get this error everytime

  • Are you sure this profile is associated with the Partner? Since you don't have word Partner listed next to your name, most likely you're using wrong Life ID.

  • Always include the url for the issue. Otherwise we sort of have to just guess. And per Naomi's email, DsheenhanENS isn't recognized as a partner. If you think that is an error you can post your question "why isn't my account a partner" to the profile forum.
