Are you sure this profile is associated with the Partner? Since you don't have word Partner listed next to your name, most likely you're using wrong Life ID.

Always include the url for the issue. Otherwise we sort of have to just guess. And per Naomi's email, DsheenhanENS isn't recognized as a partner. If you think that is an error you can post your question "why isn't my account a partner" to the profile forum.
