  I woz wondering as I cud only afford a 2nd hand dell inspiron  15 45 pink laptop ,the thing is it came without a Disk , im trying get  hold of 1Dell lets say shocked me how un helpful they woz & the cost of any help , as im not sure as I didt get it  Im on low income hoping if anybody on the off_chance on ere as 1 they would b willing 2 sell its WINDOWS 7 I want to keep to till iv got more knowlage this is 1st laptop av had,                  Thankyou
