How do I import "posts" into CRM 2013?

  Confused because advanced find has a module called Posts, but when I import there isn't one as an option.  Tried Social Activity but that didn't work, just made a bunch of messed up activities.  Does anyone know what I select to import notes as Posts and not as actual notes?  Thanks!
