Grace Trail Period RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi everyone,

I've recently installed OCS2007 onto a test server and finally it's right for us to start testing it, however I just checked the trial period of the eval version and it's 180 days. It's taken me nearly 50 to get it up and running (looking at it on and off).

Is there a way to extend the tiral period past the 180 days? What happens after 181 days does it stop people from signing in? How can you tell how many days you have left?

Thanks for your help in advance,

    Regards ... Andrew

  • If you have a support agreement with Microsoft, then your TAM (technical account manager) should be able to provide you with a full copy of OCS for extending your trial.  There are other options if you don't have a TAM, contact your local Microsoft regional office.

Once you have a full copy, complete the setup with the EVALTOFULL=1 flag set.
