Update rollup 3 auto inactive contact when import RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    Recently I just updated CRM 2011 server to rollup 3. Notice that after contact is successful created, the record is deactivate automatically.

    I had disable all the workflow and plugin which related to contact, but the record still deactivate after imported.

    Anyone encounter the same issue?

  • This is not a scenario that I've heard of before. Can you create a file with just the Contact required field like First Name and Last name, import that record and see if the Contact is automatically deactivated. Also, try creating a new Contact from the UI and see if the record is deactivated.
