LinkedIn Integration RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello!

I have a Dynamics CRM 2011 on-premises deployment here in my company and now there's a new need: LinkedIn integration!

I found a few solutions out on the web, but none fits my needs.

I'm realizing the following scenario: connecting a plugin to some LinkedIn accounts (my marketing manager's and my president's) with several connections, then the plugin automatically import theirs connections and convert into contacts.

In other words, the goal is: those people develop new relationships in LinkedIn, then those connections automatically come to my CRM.

Is it possible? Have you heard about anything related to this?

    Yours sincerely,

    Roberto Lauretti

  • Hi Roberto,
as far as I know storing information retrieved using the linkedIn API violates their terms of use.

LinkedIn offers a solution to be integrated with Dynamics CRM, more information here https://www.linkedin.com/static?key=installation_guide_dynamics

  • Hello Roberto,

I managed the development of an addin for CRM 2013, to connect LinkedIn to a CRM.

In the LinkedIn developper contract, it's written that it's forgiven to store data coming from LinkedIn.

For CRM 2011, there is a solution proposed by LinkedIn if you have a prenium account.
