can not sync i.mate jam notes to toshiba tablet with vista service pack RRS feed

    hi ,im new to this and my problem is that i m trying to sync my i.mate jam with my tablet toshiba.i can sync notes from pc to mobile but it refuses to sync hand written notes from the mobile device to the tablet.can someone plz help me with it.also plz tell me how to update only contents from mobile to pc and not change anyhing on my mobile
