Hello 2824812,
Your Compaq Presario computer has two software problems:
1. The installation of Windows is a regionally blocked Volume Licensing installation. If your computer still has the Windows Certificate of Authenticity affixed to it, your best option is to order a set of recovery discs from HP/Compaq and run them to put back the original Genuine installation of Windows back onto the computer.
2. The installation of Office on the computer is a Volume Licensing installation that is genuine only if you are associated with the organization holding the Volume License.
