  • I upgraded to Windows 7 Home Premium about 2 years ago I bought the Disk at the Micro Center in Cambridge Ma.,it came with a sticker and a new Product Key.Now when I try to use that Product key on Microsoft PowerPoint I Keep getting an error saying can`t find it.Is there anything I can do?

  • Hi Paul,

    Your Windows 7 product key won't work for installing or activating PowerPoint. You'll need a valid Office product code to use PowerPoint.

    In any case, you're asking this question in the wrong forum. This forum is for reporting issues with the forums themselves, not individual product support. Your best bet is to search through the discs/sleeves that came with your PC and hope that you find the Office product key sticker. If not, you can try posting in the Office forums over here and hopefully someone will have a good suggestion for you:
