Need to restrict Team vise records for lead entity RRS feed

    Hi

    Im using Dynamics crm 2016 i just want to restrict leads records by team wise i just tried workflow assigning related team as owner but unfortunately the record still show in other teams as well can someone help me  on this really appreciated. i have done same thing in CRM 2011 but 2016 seems not working

    Hi Radika,

    Are all your teams and lead records are in the same business unit? For instance, are they under the root business unit?

    I assume you are trying to divide the leads among several sales teams. If that is the case try changing the business unit for the records.
