    I purchased Windows Live One Care about a year ago, my subscription is about to expire
    My dad bought the program and added me in his circle, does this mean my subscription will automatically renew?
    It says it will but I read that its set up to take the money out of my bank account to renew the subscription

    Yes, it will renew automatically and there should be no charge as OneCare subscribers are currently being given a free extension. It was 6 months and still may be. OneCare is at end of life, but will be fully supported through the end of your extended subscription. All support for OneCare will cease at the end of 2010.
