Currently, Microsoft Academic Search (MAS) lists separately the citations of the first two editions of my book in its engineering-publications page. Below is the actual screen appearance of these two citation listings:
Computational Electrodynamics: The Finite-Difference Time-Domain Method (2000) 2424
Computational electrodynamics - the finite-difference time-domain method (1995) 1951
and *completely omits* the citations that have accumulated to the third edition of my book:
Computational Electrodynamics: The Finite-Difference Time-Domain Method, 3rd ed. (2005) ??
I request that the citations of the three editions of my book be merged so that there is a proper indication of its impact upon the engineering community. Note that summing just the citations to its first two editions would rank my book approximately
10th on the MAS all-time list of most-cited engineering publications.
