CRM 2011 on-premise: Wrong e-mail adress in bulk e-mail tracks no e-mail RRS feed

    If I have a typo (for example ä, ö, ü) in in the to-field with multiple addresses and the e-mail is tracked (mail merge and manual), not a single mail will be tracked. Is this normal behaviour?

    Outlook 2010, Windows 7, CRM 2011 on-prem
