  • Question

  • First, your live chat is a waste of time because all they did was refer me to your phone number.  Then when I called your number I was speaking to someone that was apparently deaf. Maybe I should return my surface pro and get an ipad.
    I never did get help for my problems.

  • This forum is for feedback on Windows Genuine Advantage  - not for problems with the Surface or Surface Pro.

    You should address your problem in detail at the more appropriate Surface Pro  forums here....
