Sequence rollup crm 2013 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello gentlemen, perhaps I can help. Currently I have OnPremise crm 2013 with rollup 2 installed. But I realized that reading came the service pack 1 for crm 2013 and then the rollup 3 for crm 2013. Upgrade My question is that first install service pack 1 or rollup 3?

    Thank you

  • So they solve different things.  Rollup 3 is for if you're on UR 2 but not SP1.  SP1 will get its own rollups, with UR1 coming soon.  Confusing, but true.  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2930480/en-us

Read the important notes for more about that.

So the question is "are you looking just to bug fix, or do you need the enhances features SP1 brings around customer service?" If you just need bug fix, UR3 is fine. If you want more robust features, SP1 is the route you want.
