Sales funnel on dashboard - can it show more than 4 stages of sale? RRS feed

    I created dashboard with sales funnel. I want to display values for 5 stages of the sale, but my funnel shows only 4 values - it groups two stages together. Can I show all sale stages without significant customisation? If so how could I do it?

    Hi,

    Yes you can, you just need to ensure that what ever field you choose for the 'Horizontal (Category)' of your funnel chart is the correct field containing your 5 stages. If however you only have records that contain say 3 of those values, then your funnel will show 3 stages because obviously, the chart is driven by the data contained within your view.

    If you need to check this, goto Settings > Customization > Customize the System > expand the entity on which your chart is based > click 'Charts' then double click the chart in question.
