WWT works fine except unable to download tour files. Progress box indicates tour download although no progress bar. After a couple of minutes, "The tour could not be downloaded and is not in cache. Check your internet connection."
I see Rx/Tx activity on the router and satellite modem intermittently while waiting.
Internet is working. Using Hughesnet satellite internet service. Have the Proxy and port set in Settings (192.168.0.1 and port 87).
On occasion, browser will not find a website if there is too much traffic. Retries are usually successful. Is it possible that the tours website is consistently extremely busy and the satellite connection "times out"? I have yet
to be able to download a tour.
I have the latest version of WWT
No other programs running.
IE v8 and Chrome v8
Win XP Pro SP3
