  • You should have received an email. You can check if it's your spam folder (it often does end up there). Next double check which email you have in your Forum Settings and which email you have associated with your Live ID, just to make sure you're looking at the right email account.

  • You need to send an email to the MCC Team and ask them to resend the email

  • And Naomi made a good point. You won't be on that list until you enter in your code. And you won't be able to enter in your code if you delete the email with the code on it.

  • You should have sent e-mail to the address in the FAQ. There was a problem showing the badge that was resolved for many people eventually after more than a month after the initial letter came.

    You can still send the letter and tell, that your badge never showed up.
