Cancel duplicate subscription RRS feed

  • Question

  • I did not remember that I had an auto-renew on Microsoft subscription.  I purchased new computer and, with it, a new subscription.  I am now being billed for the auto-renew (thank god my old credit card had expired so it was not debited), but I want to cancel the old subscription, as I have another one.  I thought I had done so, but today I got another reminder that I was over due on my payment.  Please cancel the subscription!!!

  • No idea what subscription you are referring to but this fiorum is for Windows Home Server for which there is no paid subscription!

  • Hi,

What is the subscription? Or, what product is it related to?

You may access the subscription website where you have subscripted it, or, post on the product's Forum for official support.

    Best Regards,
    Eve Wang
