Product Key Invalid... RRS feed

  • Question

  • I bought my laptop in February with windows vista preinstalled. Then after 30 days my compter wouldn't work because it never accepted my product key. So I reinstalled windows vista premium and yet again product key invalid even though I could validate it. I've called the automated phone system three times and still cannot activate. I know this forum is suppose to be for validation problems but I cannot find any information about the problem I am encountering except for here.

The diagnostic tool comes up with this

  • Please repost your thread with a alias that is not "Anonymous".  It make it very difficult for me to track your issue and get resolutions to you in a timely manner if I have to follow up because you alias looks the same as every other "Anonymous" aliased user.  Thanks for understanding.
