My Profile is Broken RRS feed

    Hi,

    since a few weeks im not able to log onto the forum with my regular account. When i look at my profile, i can sees my Reputation, when accessing the activity tap, it is empty, when clicking the rss feed source of my activities, i get an, i guess, cached version of my activities. When accessing one of my threads from a search engine, i get "Content deleted". When trying to log into the forum (with *.live.com, *.Microsoft.com added as trusted site in ie11)i get redirected several times between Login.live.com and social.microsoft.com and tha get the "cant log in message" from live.com. On my phone 8 i get a 404.

    I contacted my local microsoft account team support, they could not help because the only sites related to login are all developer forums and connect.microsoft.com. I contacted my local MSDN support, but they could not help .

    So i am pretty lost here. Could someone please tell me if there is a way to restore my profile so that i can login again?

    Hi Richard,

    thanks for the reply. Maybe you are right that it is connected to Problem is related to my live id. But it can not explain why all my postes from MSDN Forums and connect are "missing".

    I allready went through Windows Account Support. They can not help me. I have no Problems signing into my MSDN, Outlook.com, XBOX Live and Skydrive with the Live ID unable to log into the Forum.

    Maybee I´m explaining it wrong.... But I guess that for what ever reason my Profile(Line link at the top right of the page  with my Display Name) has been corrupted. When I first signed in with the new live id i am currently writing this post with this linke stated "Create Profil". When i´m logged into MSDN.com with the account showing the error the "Create Profile" linke is repaced by a link displaying my profile name. When clicking the link to my Forum i´m getting a 404 Error. When logging into connect.microsoft.com with the same live id i get a window that says "please create a Profile". But that can not be. I created a Profile on connect 6 years ago and posted there also. When clicking this link on connect, i also get a 404. I´m not an expert on the site structure of social.microsoft.com, but it looks for me like both(connect and foums) are using the same link to the same profile. And for what ever reason this Profile exists and also does not exists. Like I said I can see reputation Points and number of Posts, but all activities are gone. All my threads are deleted and all my replies are also deleted.And that´s on the forums and connect.

    Hi Lars,

    I'm not sure how much help most of us here will be able to offer. Have you tried emailing fissues [at] microsoft [dot] com? They may be able to take a closer look at your account and see if anything is off.

    thanks for pointing me to that email address. I didn´t know that. After a journey I have my primary account back working. Thank to this great community.
