Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit, Genuine Issue RRS feed

  • I bought windows 7, and it was working fine for a few days, then it is now saying it is not genuine, i tried running the validation software from www.microsoft.com/genuine but apparently the update is not applicable for my computer, any help?

    There may also be another problem with your system - the 'permission denied' error is an unusual one that I don't recall seeing before, but may be caused by over-aggressive anti-malware programs.

    Please download the MGADiag tool from http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
    Run the download - then click on Continue to generate the report. Click on the Copy button when it's available, and then paste the results into your reply.
