    hi microsoft

    plz can u help me guys i have a lenovo pc 

    i had upgraded it to windows 10 but it started to give problems so i tried to downgrade the pc to windows 7 but now it has gone in a loop of "restoring your previous version of windows"

    plz help me fix this problems has i have important data of my office in it.
