Automatic record creation and update rules in CRM 2016 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I am currently attempting to create cases from emails when the emails arrive in the queue.

    However the Record Creation and Update rules are not working. When I check the workflows the condition for Dialog-ConversionScenario and Dialog-AllowPrimaryActionBlockRecordCreation are not being met and not going into the section to create and update.

    Any ideas of where these options are being set?

  • Hi All,

    I managed to find the issue. I had selected only create cases if entitlements exists. I do not need entitlements on my accounts thus this field needs to be unticked.
