Hi David,
Your Diagnostic Report shows Vista as Activated and Genuine, so I do not think that Vista is asking for a the Product Key.
Your Diagnostic Report also shows that the copy of Office, that you have, is a Trial Version (Office Status: 102 = Trial Version). Once a Trial version of Office reaches the end of it's trial period, it will ask for a Office Product Key (the Product Key on the sticker on your computer is for Vista). To resolve the issue, you would either need to
1) Buy a full copy of Office and use the Product Key that comes in that box to turn the Trial version into a Full version.
or
2) Uninstall that trial version of Office.
Hope that helps,
Darin

Hi david25,
Are you trying to enter the product key (found on the sticker on the side or bottom of your computer) in to Office?
If so, please see the thead titled ""Not a Valid Product Key" error in Office" at http://forums.microsoft.com/Genuine/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2603444&SiteID=25 for assistance.
If you are getting an error when entering into Windows, your Vista is currently Genuine, please explain why you are trying to change product keys. Is Vista telling you to?
Thank you,
Darin Smith
