Hi,
I've had my laptop with this copy of Vista for about 3 years. Last week I opened it and my screensaver was replaced by a black screen with a note in the coner saying "Windows Vista Build 6002 This copy of Windows is not Genuine". I've seen
a lot of similar posts and have tried to follow the solutions but without any luck. I've gone to the windows website to run a diagnosis but it says it can't confirm if I have a genuine copy and wants me to buy a new one, I've entered the key from the
box my windows disk came in but it says it is invalid, I've also tried to do the cmd.exe solution in the black dialogue box but when I right click there's no option to run as administrator. I'm not very good with computers so would really appreciate
some help.
