May be can you put a screenshot of the CRM deployment admin showing the url bindings for ADFS.
Possible solution is to have a host entry for the internet adfs

Hi Adecchi,
Please check your DNS settings. For external CRM you need to update the proper DNS Settings.
You have step by step process in this document, please follow this.

CRM will need to use the same domain name for both internal and external users. However, the DNS name for the ADFS Server could resolve to different ADFS servers for internal and external users, providing they use different DNS servers

Thank You for the replay.
I am using windows 2012 R2, ADFS 3.0 and CRM 2011.
I change my AD FS to point to https://sts.contoso.com internal and external for the other hand i change my crm configuration to point to it. But now i receive error 404,when login into my crm https://mycrm.contoso.com
The url that try to reach out is https://mycrm.contoso.com/default.aspx and i get 404.I have the some problem inside or outside from my network.
Inside my network was working but when my ADFS was called by https://sts.subdomain.contoso.com, I have to change this because i have to publish my CRM on internet, but now is not working inside or outside.
Someone have any ideas, where is my mistake :
I create this record:
sts.contoso.com -> AD FS server
auth.contoso.com -> CRM Server
mycrm.contoso.com -> CRM Server
Some article say that crm 2012 is not compatible with ADFS 3.0 is it really ?

Hi Adecchi,
404 seems not setted up ure SPN for adfs URL. check SPN and dublicates, recycle IIS and try again.
2012 need 2 certificates if you have also iframes to customization URL if not u dont need, thats means the compatibility..
