crm 2011 e-mail router not receiving email ?


  • I set my log level to 3, and verified that the log file is being written to when I started the 'MS CRM Email Router' service.

    Next, I sent a email to the mailbox, and verified that the mailbox received the email.

    But the Log file does not show anything new <-- should the log show that it received the email ?

    (Background : I am trying to trouble shoot a plugin that stopped working )
