Task Activity - Add the "Article" entity in the lookup field for "regarding" RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have problem with using the "regarding" field on a task. I want to create a task for one of my colleagues where he should finish an article in CRM. I want to put the Article in the "Regarding" field, but the Entity "Article" is not in the list. I only have Contact, Account, Lead, a few custom entities but no Article.

    How can I add the Article entity?

  • Hi,

    Articles are not enabled for activities and you can't turn this on I'm afraid. You could add a new lookup on your task form that points to the article entity but this would be separate from the 'Regarding' field.
