Customer Portal Update RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We have Microsoft Dynamics Labs xRM Customer Portal installed on our on-premises CRM.  When I go into Solutions it says version 1.0.0015.  Is there a way to 'upgrade' this?  When I install rollups various functionality is lost (such as service scheduling) and a CRM specialist has informed us that this is due to the Customer Portal.  Is there a way to upgrade this so that it is compatible with the latest rollups?

  • You should not have problems with service scheduling with any recent rollup or even upgrade to 2013. Can you elaborate on the problem you are having?

  • Hi Shan, 

    The problem occurred on Service Activities - clicking the Schedule button did nothing.

    When selecting a service from the Service lookup, the following error occurred:

    Once the recent roll ups were removed the problem was resolved.
