Unable to download troubleshooter, after installing fix it center

Question
-
I just downloaded and installed fix it center. After I double clicked the icon, it simply says again and again, "Unable to download troubleshooters": I started the system in safe mode with networking ON, and tried the same: The same error came, but preceeded with a different msg that gave an ERROR CODE OF 16977921-2147023812". Can I get help please. I use Win XP prof with service pack 3. ThanksSaturday, August 21, 2010 9:56 AM

Dear customer,
Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (Beta).
Thank you for letting us know the problem you encountered. It is a limitation that the current beta version of Microsoft Fix it Center does not support running under Safe Mode. We will look into improving the functionality in future versions.

Yes I have the same problem, it would seem that if MS would make a trouble shooter they would realize there is a reason folks are trying to use it and it would give feedback to MS as to what the heck was malfunctioning.
Just agreeing withyou in the search for an answer,

Thank you Mr.Daniel Chow.
However I am happy to say that the next day my problem got solved and I downloaded and installed in two more computors. Whatever it is worth I give here my GUESS (!):
By reading various items relatted to the problem, I think the problem is(was) being caused by the antivirus that prevented some automplay options, but there was no error code displayed at that time.
By trying to run the same under safe mode an error number got generated, which I forwarded to you, as that had no recorded explanations in your sites. I THOUGHT with this error code MS has solved this issue which helped me latter! Now you say something else.
Any how I am happy with my problem getting solved and for your reply.
