When creating new records in any entity getiing error in mscrm 2011 RRS feed

  • Dear all;

    when i try to create new record in any entity for example opportunity i am getting this error

    When did this start happening? Did you install any CRM rollup?

  • it was working fine suddenly it is started it is happening now and then not everytime

    Please rest IIS and try again. if it doesn't helps could you please try by restarting the CRM server?

  • Try enabling tracing - you may get some more information in the Crm trace log

    As suggested above enable the trace, This would help you get the exact and detailed error.


    1. Start the trace

    2. Reproduce the Error

    3. Stop the trace.

    4. Look in the log file and search for error.
