OFF TOPIC:My outlook 2007 wont start at all... using vista RRS feed

    When I try to open my Outlook 2007, my curser gives me the "thinking about it sign" then just goes away... my outook doesnt start at all.  I have tried restarting my computer.  Any other suggestions?  I am not a programmer and i am at the mercy of Microsoft.

    Open Control Panel,Programs and features, Uninstall a program, highlight Microsoft Office 2007,select uninstall/change, select repair.
