Licenssing Init error S&T 2013 on Win 8 RRS feed

    I just purchased a new Toshiba Windows 8 laptop.  I have S&T 2013 running on a desktop and I uninstalled it from my old laptop.

    Trying to install it on the new WIN 8 laptop ( from CD ) I continue to get the following error:

            A Licensing Initialization error has occurred.  Contact customer support for help.  Error OxC004D301

    I've uninstalled it and re-installed it, no luck.

    HELP!
